We sign an NDA before you send confidential details: your own form or ours.
A certificate of analysis (CoA) is available on request.

Scale
From a first answer to kilogram scale
Every project starts with a plain answer on feasibility and moves up only as far as it needs to, up to kilogram scale. We do not offer GMP manufacturing.
Worked example
Our own project: 1-MCP, from route to sachet
FreshTrap shows the whole path on one molecule: high-purity 1-MCP, synthesised and verified in Thailand.
1-MCP (1-methylcyclopropene) is a gas, which makes it hard to handle. We synthesise it in a closed system and capture it in α-cyclodextrin powder; moisture releases it again. Every production batch has its structure confirmed by NMR and its content measured by GC-MS, and the finished sachets are tested side by side on real crops in our in-house trials.
Registration with Thailand's Department of Agriculture is in progress.
