Chemical synthesis services in Thailand: made to order, scaled up and verified
CHON Chemical is a chemical-synthesis service company in Bangkok, Thailand. We make molecules to order, develop the process and scale it up to kilogram scale, and verify what we make: structure by NMR, content by GC-MS.
It is the same work that took 1-MCP from the lab to FreshTrap, the first product of our own.

Limits
When we are not a fit
Beyond what we can do well
If a molecule, a quantity (we work from lab batches up to kilogram scale) or a timeline is outside what we can deliver properly, we say so at the feasibility step, before any work starts.
Prices and turnaround in general
We do not publish them, because they depend on the molecule. Send the quantity and timing you need, and we will answer for your project.
A certification or document we cannot provide
If your project needs a quality certification or a regulatory document that we do not hold, we will tell you at the start. The checks we run today are NMR and GC-MS on what we make.
Registering the product
Making a molecule is not the same as registering a product that contains it. Where a product needs registration, for example with Thailand's Department of Agriculture, that is a separate process, and we will be clear at the start about what we can and cannot help with.
Regulated manufacturing we are not set up for
Ingredients that must be made under GMP or a similar certification, and any substance whose production needs a permit we do not hold.

Your details, and ours
Send what you are comfortable sharing. A general description is enough to start the conversation.

We sign an NDA before you send confidential details: your own form or ours. Ask for one in your enquiry.
